What you will do

• Manage tire Spec release and change processes in SAP (TP0 and RP1 systems).
• Create Product Codes (material numbers) and master BOM spec numbers for development and production tires.
• Maintain Product UPC codes for Cooper Branded Products and ensure alignment between hirify.global and Cooper SAP systems.
• Refine SCC networks and signoff procedures to improve efficiency and global alignment.
• Provide troubleshooting and SAP spec support to plant associates, specifically for legacy Cooper systems.
• Collaborate with IT developers on defining, testing, and implementing changes to the Spec systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tire design or tire manufacturing experience.
• Experience with hirify.global and Cooper SAP Tire Specifications systems (TP0, RP1).
• Knowledge of Tire Certifications and Government Regulations.
• Experience working within global teams and processes.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Akron, OH.
