What you will do

• Lead the delivery of electrical packages from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee electrical design coordination, including power distribution, emergency power, UPS, and building services.
• Manage contractor procurement, selection, and performance to ensure high-quality installations.
• Coordinate with process and automation teams to support cleanroom environments and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with EU directives, GMP requirements, and industry electrical codes.
• Manage package budget, schedule, and change control processes to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in pharma or process manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of EU safety standards and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical systems.
• Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced German and English language skills.
• Must be available to work onsite in Frankfurt, Germany.
