What you will do
- Develop and execute advanced media planning strategies across diverse channel ecosystems.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to commercial standards.
- Lead brainstorms and idea creation to deliver effective solutions for client business objectives.
- Build and maintain mid-senior level relationships with clients and internal agency stakeholders.
- Translate complex data and insights into compelling presentations and marketing communication strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve work outputs and prioritize resources effectively.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Advanced understanding of media channels, planning philosophies, and purchase journey thinking.
- Proven experience in campaign management and leading planning presentations.
- Strong ability to translate strategic approaches into actionable media plans.
- Expertise in using industry-standard planning tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and educate stakeholders.
