Location: Based in Europe or Ukraine, comfortable working European hours

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation via cold calling and LinkedIn to closing deals.
  • Conduct tailored, consultative product demos that address specific prospect needs and objections.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects in the energy, utilities, aviation, and manufacturing industries.
  • Maintain CRM records and forecast opportunities using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers to improve lead quality and deal velocity.
  • Represent the company at occasional industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven ability to run full-cycle sales processes from discovery to close.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market companies and working towards revenue targets.
  • Based in Europe or Ukraine and comfortable working European hours.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with procurement and legal teams.
  • Familiarity with aviation, manufacturing, or energy industries.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
