What you will do

• Perform patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options.
• Answer patient questions about hearing aid use and discuss pricing and long-term effects.
• Teach patients how to use new hearing technology to meet their hearing goals.
• Handle hearing aid repairs, checks, cleanings, and adjustments to fitted products while following quality standards.
• Support smooth office operations with direct clinic staff support.
• Conduct community outreach to generate new patient referrals.

Requirements

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Illinois.
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs are encouraged to apply.
