TL;DR

Field Training Audiologist (MedTech): Delivering high-quality training and workshops to hearing care professionals across Ireland and Northern Ireland with an accent on product adoption and clinical confidence. Location: Must be based in Ireland or Northern Ireland with 80% travel required across the region and occasionally within North Europe.

What you will do

• Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across public and private channels.
• Develop tailored training materials that effectively showcase product features and benefits.
• Act as a trusted partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals.
• Support product launches, onboarding, and key account activities.
• Utilize a mix of in-person and digital learning methods to meet diverse customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in audiology required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing, with at least 2 years in private or retail channels.
• Valid driver’s license required for extensive travel.
• HCPC registered or eligible to register.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to manage and balance a demanding travel schedule.
