What you will do

• Plan and execute over 12 in-person events annually, including Grand Tournaments, Warhammer Opens, and paint competitions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Japan and Global Events team to deliver recruitment and retention activities.
• Oversee all event logistics, including materials and timelines, ensuring precision and high standards.
• Lead and guide full-time and part-time event staff throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Promote the Warhammer hobby to new and existing customers to strengthen community engagement.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in event management or tournament organization.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English is essential.
• Ability to travel internationally to support 12+ events per year, with stays of approximately 5-6 days per event.
• Resilience and decisiveness to maintain operations under pressure.
