What you will do

• Produce realistic visual effects aligned with the game's artistic vision.
• Plan, estimate, and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones.
• Optimize VFX workflows to maintain a balance between visual quality and engine performance.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to integrate assets effectively.
• Establish and share best practices, tutorials, and documentation for project tools.
• Mentor and coach peers while contributing to a culture of open feedback.

Requirements

• Professional experience with VFX, including at least one AAA game development cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of VFX tools, specifically Maya.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints within a game engine.
• Portfolio or showreel detailing experience with real-time VFX elements.
• Ability to work autonomously and present ideas clearly within a multidisciplinary team.
