Senior VFX Artist (Mobile)

What you will do

• Create polished gameplay VFX for heroes, bosses, abilities, and combat interactions.
• Design high-impact effects for reward moments, progression systems, and store interactions.
• Implement effects directly within Unity and contribute to improving VFX pipelines.
• Collaborate with Art Direction to evolve the game's visual style and overall quality.
• Enhance gameplay readability, pacing, and player immersion through visual effects.
• Participate in iterative review cycles to continuously raise the project's quality bar.

Requirements

• Strong experience creating and implementing real-time VFX in Unity.
• Deep understanding of animation fundamentals including timing, spacing, and impact.
• Proven track record of shipping or contributing to mobile games.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality gameplay VFX and strong game feel.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative production environments.
• English proficiency for collaboration within a global team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spine.
• 3D skills in Blender or similar software.
• Knowledge of mesh-based or technical VFX workflows.
• Experience working on RPG, action, or hero-based games.
