What you will do

• Oversee accounts receivable management and cash flow monitoring across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure accurate monthly closing processes, including reconciliations and intercompany processing.
• Lead the accounts receivable team functionally and disciplinarily, fostering professional development.
• Manage revenue recognition processes and act as a key stakeholder for OneStream tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining SOX-relevant controls.
• Provide hands-on operational support to ensure business continuity during staffing shortages.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable management within an international environment.
• Proven experience in functional and disciplinary team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HGB, US GAAP, and SOX compliance.
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream software.
• Background in process optimization projects such as EDI implementation.
