Salary: $78,800 - $160,900 USD

What you will do

• Own category leadership, including pricing, positioning, competitive landscape, and portfolio architecture.
• Translate consumer and market insights into strategies that drive the rate of sale and breakthrough claims.
• Lead global go-to-market execution, coordinating across IMC, creative, media, social, PR, and SEM.
• Ensure commercial and retail readiness across packaging, digital detail pages, and retail surfaces.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights to validate messaging and drive rigorous CI testing globally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in CPG or consumer products.
• Proven track record in product commercialization and global launch execution.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, pricing, and portfolio strategy.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Local residency in Needham, MA required for hybrid work schedule.
