What you will do

• Independently own and drive end-to-end license compliance reviews for strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Interpret complex, multi-product licensing agreements and contractual constructs.
• Analyze license purchase and deployment data to identify and progress compliance cases.
• Support field sales on customer calls by clarifying data requests and facilitating resolution.
• Track active compliance cases through the workflow to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate records.
• Lead process and tooling improvement initiatives as a subject-matter resource.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in license compliance audits, software asset management, or license management.
• Strong understanding of software license agreements and ability to interpret complex licensing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases and record repository applications such as Salesforce (SFDC) and ServiceNow.
