What you will do

• Support end-to-end rewards fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Build relationships with vendors and redemption centers for quality and on-time delivery.
• Track inventory levels, flag low stock, and assist procurement in maintaining supply.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve reward-related inquiries and escalations within SLAs.
• Maintain fulfillment data, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure processes align with policies and regulations while working cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong Cantonese required for local stakeholders, plus strong English communication skills.
• 1-2 years experience in business administration, operations, or related field.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data handling.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with fulfillment and inventory management software.
• Proven remote work discipline, problem-solving, and customer focus in fast-paced environment.
