TL;DR
Application Support Analyst (AI): Transforming the Application Support organization into an AI-first, automation-driven team with an accent on building AI agents, automation scripts, and self-healing workflows. Focus on automating repetitive tasks, improving incident response through proactive automation, and mentoring teams on practical AI usage.
Location: Remote in the USA. Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.

What you will do
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for support operations.
- Automate repetitive tasks including log parsing, data validation, and incident triage.
- Develop self-healing solutions for common operational failures.
- Integrate AI workflows with tools such as ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
- Create intelligent workflows that analyze logs, query databases, and provide RCA insights.
- Improve incident response through proactive automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of deep Operational experience.
- Hands-on AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to implement Generative AI, Vector Search, and AI Agents (Oracle or Google Cloud context preferred).
- Must be highly functional in SQL, Python, and Scripting; able to "dig into" issues and build the solution immediately.
- Change management skills, proven ability to operate as a "self-starter" and influence team culture without formal authority.
- Excellent ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, everyday support tools.
- Individual contributor focused on building not managing people.
