Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US

What you will do

• Design end-to-end data integration solutions across mainframe, IBM i, distributed, and cloud environments.
• Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales engagements.
• Perform hands-on implementation, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Educate customers and internal teams on data integration technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the data integration space.
• Experience with Mainframe, IBM i, Linux/UNIX, and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with ETL and data replication technologies.
• Database administration (DBA) experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Java, C/C++, and/or Python.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work after hours as required.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of enterprise and hybrid data architectures.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers.
• Exposure to high availability, disaster recovery, or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Mentoring or coaching experience.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
