What you will do

• Validate claims losses by reviewing ATM receipts and CIT documentation.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to determine liability and root causes.
• Facilitate communication between customers, armored vendors, and internal teams.
• Interpret vendor responses to ensure effective claim resolution.
• Identify and report on trends discovered within assigned claims.
• Prepare management reports and track claims payments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Must pass all applicable background screening tests.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business or Finance.
• Experience in banking, settlement, or reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
