What you will do

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms.
• Lead the technical response to changes in AI capabilities and platform updates.
• Establish and uphold technical operational standards for the AI stack.
• Improve visibility into AI tool configuration, platform usage, and operational performance.
• Identify and develop scalable technical solutions for unstable or high-friction AI operations.
• Provide leadership with visibility on stack reliability and necessary platform upgrades.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in the operational management of technical platforms, specifically AI tools.
• Strong technical aptitude in LLM platform configuration, prompt/agent setup, and AI APIs.
• Ability to manage AI-related automation and workflow dependencies.
• High agency and strong ownership of technical operational outcomes.
• Strong decision-making skills under ambiguity and fast pace.
• Must be based in the UK.
