What you will do

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to define and solve complex physics challenges.
• Develop and deliver high-fidelity simulations for low-frequency, high-frequency, or optical systems.
• Work directly with customers to integrate simulation models into AI-driven engineering tools.
• Automate simulation workflows and post-processing using Python or MATLAB.
• Identify system performance improvements based on simulation results.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues as the team grows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore and able to work 2-3 days per week in the office.
• 3-5+ years of industry experience in a commercial, non-research environment.
• Strong expertise in electromagnetic modeling and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard simulation tools.
• Solid foundation in electromagnetic theory applied to real-world applications.
• Ability to independently set up simulations and interpret results with depth.

Nice to have

• Advanced Python or MATLAB coding skills for automation.
• Experience in low-frequency electromagnetics (motors, transformers, EMI).
• Experience in high-frequency electromagnetics (RF, antennas, signal integrity).
• Experience in optics/photonics (ray-tracing, laser optics, waveguides).
