What you will do

• Validate infrastructure and application security controls, including firewalls, network segmentation, and encryption, prior to go-live.
• Review security architecture and design documents to ensure implemented controls match approved standards.
• Identify, document, and escalate control gaps and deviations to GIS leadership and Regional Information Security Officers (RISO).
• Support risk assessment activities by evaluating the impact of security gaps and contributing to mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver weekly technical security control status reports for executive governance.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and country-level infrastructure and application teams to resolve security issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and application security controls.
• Proven experience in security controls assurance, audit, or validation, preferably within M&A or system integration programs.
• Ability to interpret security architecture documents and validate implementation against defined standards.
• Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and structured escalation processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with GIS or enterprise security governance frameworks.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
