What you will do

• Conduct security architecture reviews with holistic tabletop risk analysis across OT environments, including legacy networks and SPOFs.
• Identify OT vulnerabilities and weaknesses across ICS, SCADA, and field devices while distinguishing theoretical vs operationally relevant risk.
• Advise clients on OT security program improvements by refining engagement scope and recommending critical controls.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to and evolve hirify.global’ OT testing methodology by staying current on OT threats and defensive controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience assessing or operating within OT, ICS, or SCADA environments.
• Graduate degree in Information Security or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of OT operational constraints and how OT testing differs from IT testing.
• Excellent communication skills to convey risk clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional security qualifications (one or more preferred): GICSP, GRID, GCIP, CSSA, CACE, CISSP, OSCP.
• Ability to work independently in unfamiliar or highly specialized environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
