What you will do

• Lead the scaling of operational resilience and system stability across the platform.
• Own observability and debugging workflows to untangle complex failures in real time.
• Design and build internal tooling to shift operations from reactive to proactive.
• Reduce incident load and directly improve developer focus and system uptime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to refine reliability standards and workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience debugging production systems using logs and traces.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Sentry.
• Ability to dive into unfamiliar backend codebases to solve hard problems.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed systems or services at scale.
• Background in building internal tooling for on-call teams or reliability workflows.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience improving system observability via custom metrics and log pipelines.
