Location: Must be based in Berlin (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Spearhead high-priority strategic projects across product, marketing, and finance.
• Conduct rapid data analysis to solve complex business problems and build scalable solutions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement new tools to enhance productivity.
• Act as a central catalyst between technical and business teams to ensure execution alignment.
• Perform competitive analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin and able to work 5 days a week in the office.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly master new business models and technical concepts.
• Experience taking full ownership of projects in high-growth startups, consulting, or rigorous academic settings.
• Proficiency in structuring ambiguous challenges and deriving actionable, data-informed insights.
• High degree of self-motivation and a hands-on, resourceful execution style.
