Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead deployment projects from scope validation through installation and commissioning.
- Partner with Applications and Solutions Engineers and third-party integrators to define and validate technical scope.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.
- Facilitate resolution of technical, operational, and scheduling issues during deployment.
- Drive structured handoffs from pre-sales through project close-out and improve internal deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in technically complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
- 3+ years of direct experience working with robotics or automation systems.
- Experience with industrial robots or cobots such as FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, or Universal Robots.
- Experience working with industrial robotics system integrators.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle for local travel.
- Ability to travel approximately 35–40%.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting end-of-line automation (robotic palletizing, depalletizing, or case packing).
