What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation through execution to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.
• Partner with Operations and Sales leadership to identify process gaps and workflow inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation reports.
• Analyze workflows to reduce cycle times and minimize errors across teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of regulatory or investor guideline changes.
• Act as a liaison between operations and technology teams for system rollouts and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, guidelines, and the secondary market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows.
• Experience working with Encompass and CRM tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
