What you will do

• Generate and process invoices accurately in accordance with billing schedules and contract terms.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct collection activities to minimize bad debt risks.
• Record and reconcile customer payments, applying them accurately to accounts and invoices.
• Resolve complex billing disputes through professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop custom Power Queries and BI reports to support account reconciliation and management updates.
• Support internal and external auditors by completing detailed documentation requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software such as SAGE.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify, MCRM, Power Query, and SEI.
• Previous experience in customer service or communication-heavy roles.
