About the Role

You will own the end-to-end SEO function: define and run a scalable Google SEO strategy for US and LATAM, perform regular technical SEO audits and work with product and engineering to implement fixes, hire and manage copywriters and content workflows, execute link-building campaigns, generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses, and track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using modern SEO tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience with international SEO projects (US, LATAM, ES/PT markets)
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building
• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production
• Advanced knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, or SEMrush
• Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable Google SEO strategy for US and LATAM markets
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product and development team
• Build and manage a structured content production process, including hiring and managing copywriters, creating briefs, and controlling quality
• Develop and execute a link building strategy
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses
• Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
