What you will do

• Manage a personal docket of live games and markets to ensure rapid and accurate manual resulting.
• Monitor automatic data feeds and resolve issues related to feed downtime or inaccuracies.
• Respond to internal stakeholders in Customer Service and Trading with clear and transparent information.
• Ensure steadfast compliance with applicable legislation and Gambling Commission requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate risks and issues early to leadership to facilitate rapid problem resolution.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
• Available to work a flexible schedule between 7am – 11pm, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s).
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with a passion for the sports betting industry.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
