What you will do

• Support enterprise risk management activities including product governance, model risk, and third-party risk.
• Facilitate the business continuity management program through business impact analyses and plan maintenance.
• Perform data aggregation, quality assurance, and metrics analysis for risk and resilience reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to plan owners on business continuity methodologies.
• Utilize generative AI and automation tools to streamline risk workflows and improve consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Risk Management, Finance, or Computer Science.
• 1-3 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, or internal audit.
• Foundational knowledge of BC/DR concepts and execution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to deliver practical business results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
