What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of retirement plan investment options.
• Provide advanced investment expertise and support to Sales and Service teams.
• Actively monitor client portfolios and recommend investment strategies.
• Lead the process of analyzing potential fund changes.
• Identify emerging investment trends and opportunities.
• Offer in-depth insights and talking points on mutual funds for client communication.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of fiduciary governance principles and ERISA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management with a focus on defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans.
• Must possess a Series 65 securities license
• Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) required
