What you will do

• Research and interpret IRC, ERISA, and state laws to provide accurate regulatory guidance.
• Provide technical support on plan design, operational compliance, and plan documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal business partners and external clients.
• Develop internal communications and training materials regarding legislative and regulatory changes.
• Recommend remediation strategies that balance regulatory requirements with operational feasibility.
• Collaborate across Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with qualified retirement plans and related regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying IRC and ERISA requirements.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Professional designations such as CPC, QPA, QKA, ERPA, or CEBS are highly valued.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with FIS Relius pre-approved plan documents.
• Experience supporting large or complex retirement plan sponsors.
