What you will do

• Apply engineering principles to perform structural analysis and design for industrial buildings and equipment foundations.
• Prepare calculation reports and technical engineering documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior discipline members and global teams to share project results.
• Develop proficiency in structural analytical software, building codes, and material design standards.
• Participate in office and site safety training and inductions.
• Travel to other offices or project sites as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Must be working towards graduating in 2026 or recently graduated with a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Structural Engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering and business fundamentals.
• Academic or practical experience with structural software such as SAP2000, STAADPro, FEA tools, or CAD.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Nice to have

• Coursework in Hydropower and Dam Structures, Structural Dynamics, or Finite Element Analysis.
• Previous co-op or internship experience in structural engineering.
• Active involvement in extra-curricular or volunteer activities.
