What you will do

• Manage new part number and price list uploads within Salesforce CPQ.
• Identify and correct data errors across Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite systems.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
• Maintain and update intranet business processing documentation.
• Support the Order Fulfillment & Licensing team with daily tasks and special projects.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve task accuracy and efficiency while adhering to data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Minimum FCE level proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
• Commercial education background with experience in sales administration.
• Understanding of software configuration models and data management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with any ERP system.
• Ability to prompt AI systems and assess the quality of generated outputs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages beyond English and Hungarian.
