What you will do

• Drive sales cadence, including pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs using AI tools to provide actionable insights.
• Support trading business partners with content and analysis for business unit reviews and mid-term planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and opportunity management flows.
• Provide cover for trading business partners during absences, including cadence calls and ad-hoc analysis.
• Support transformation workstreams and programs.

Requirements

• Fluent English language in writing and speaking.
• Relevant experience in a commercial or sales operations function within a global sales environment.
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to surface actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Debrecen, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Strong stakeholder engagement and management across multi-functional global teams.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM, specifically opportunity management flows and reporting.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate report production and interrogate data.
