What you will do

• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to forecast crew demand based on flight schedules.
• Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end headcount forecasting to ensure efficient recruitment plans.
• Oversee crew availability and support the development of systems for swift operational response.
• Implement and optimize advanced crew scheduling software to maximize utilization and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and control crew and disruption-related costs to meet financial budget targets.

Requirements

• Active student status at a Hungarian university for at least one more year.
• Graduating from university within the next 2 years.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and eager to grow within the aviation industry.
