What you will do

• Lead and deliver IROC-related engagements primarily within the USA.
• Develop regional IROC capabilities and contribute to the global strategy and direction of IROC offerings.
• Coach and develop regional teams, imparting domain expertise in IROC concepts and best practices.
• Collaborate with global solution teams to create repeatable, region-relevant offerings.
• Establish market eminence through conference presentations, industry forums, and white papers.
• Analyze industry trends and competitors to align services with market needs and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry domain.
• Proven senior-level experience in the implementation or operation of IROCs in mining, metals, or energy industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business (MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous).
• Deep knowledge of holistic design approaches encompassing people, process, technology, and facilities.
• Ability to articulate a vision for next-generation digitally enabled IROCs and their value proposition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams.
