What you will do

• Craft and deliver new reinsurance opportunities while growing revenue with existing and future clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, conducting strategic reviews and risk advisory sessions.
• Analyze underwriting data, loss trends, and pricing models to inform placement strategies.
• Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to assess portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Structure, negotiate, and place reinsurance programs across specialty lines.
• Monitor global developments in specialty risk sectors and regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Proven reinsurance broking experience required
• Strong understanding of reinsurance structures
• Advanced negotiation skills and deep market relationships with global reinsurers
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage complex placements under tight timelines
• Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
