What you will do

  • Respond to a high volume of support calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain high client retention through superior customer service and effective inquiry resolution.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries, escalating issues according to standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately document all communications and complete assigned processing tasks.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Successful completion of hirify.global Base Camp.
