What you will do
- Perform remote software support for BPS solutions including troubleshooting and client retraining.
- Manage client communications via phone and email, ensuring excellent technical support.
- Maintain client information in CRM systems and document all client interactions.
- Provide backup support for other technical teams and participate in disaster recovery plans.
- Track and escalate unresolved tickets according to guidelines.
- Work collaboratively to improve customer satisfaction and support company goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Technical support experience and multi-line telephone console operation preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, web-based software, and Microsoft Windows and Apple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
