What you will do

  • Perform remote software support for BPS solutions including troubleshooting and client retraining.
  • Manage client communications via phone and email, ensuring excellent technical support.
  • Maintain client information in CRM systems and document all client interactions.
  • Provide backup support for other technical teams and participate in disaster recovery plans.
  • Track and escalate unresolved tickets according to guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively to improve customer satisfaction and support company goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Technical support experience and multi-line telephone console operation preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, web-based software, and Microsoft Windows and Apple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
