What you will do

  • Manage a book of commercial accounts, handling day-to-day service, renewals, and problem resolution.
  • Negotiate coverage terms and costs with insurance carriers and MGAs.
  • Supervise and train a team of support staff on processes and insurance platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure policy accuracy and compliance within the AMS360 system.
  • Prepare insurance proposals and communicate coverage details to clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S. (excluding AK, DE, ID, ND, RI, VT, WY)
  • At least 2 years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
  • Transportation industry experience required.
  • Valid insurance agent’s license required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High School diploma or equivalent (undergraduate degree preferred).

Nice to have

  • AMS360 software proficiency.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
