What you will do

• Synchronize Association Banking product operations, including account opening, account revisions, and documentation.
• Provide technical and operational support for products such as Lockbox, Remote Lockbox, SCO, ProPay, and ACH Returns.
• Resolve client operational problems and coordinate corrective actions with relationship managers.
• Manage the implementation and monitoring of risk management policies related to banking services.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and business partners to deliver effective solutions for property management companies.
• Participate in system tests and validations during software updates to minimize customer impact.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of general banking or cash management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite at specified Florida locations.
• Professional business English proficiency, including clear written and verbal communication.
