Customer Success Intern

TL;DR

Customer Success Intern (CSM Support): Supporting the Customer Success Management team with daily operational tasks and client data management with an accent on CRM maintenance and cross-functional coordination. Focus on improving operational processes and assisting with reporting in a fast-paced retail supply chain environment.

Location: Must be based in Shenzhen (Hybrid role with regular in-office presence required).

Compensation: RMB 200/day (monthly payout).

What you will do

• Support daily operational tasks and client account maintenance for the CSM team.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems.
• Assist with reporting, tracking sheets, and essential documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth internal operations.
• Contribute to process improvements based on daily operational feedback.
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks including file management, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Mandarin native proficiency with good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable working with data and operational workflows.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for a 4–6 month internship commitment working 4–5 days per week.
