What you will do

  • Operate and optimize AI-driven support tools like chatbots, LLMs, and automation workflows.
  • Refine prompts, response quality, and logic to ensure accurate, brand-aligned interactions.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workload and improve metrics like SLA, resolution time, and CSAT.
  • Analyze tickets, conversations, and user behavior to spot patterns and prioritize enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on pain points and build self-service features.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Support Operations
  • Experience with global B2C products (mobile apps, SaaS, digital platforms)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Work across multiple time zones and international bases
  • Solid knowledge of support processes, SLAs, and escalated cases
