What you will do

• Process sales order transactions (create, change, reject) in SAP according to established rule sets.
• Monitor open orders for master data, pricing, and invoicing issues and handle CRM alerts.
• Manage standard order delays, quality issues, complaints, and claims following established procedures.
• Maintain operational compliance with regulatory guidelines and support internal and external audit activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and participate in continuous improvement and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• College degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Shipping, Forwarding, or Trade.
• 2+ years of solid experience in process execution, harmonization, and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of SAP modules.
• Fluent English proficiency to ensure proper process execution.
