Location: Remote - NOAM

Salary: $123,318 - $150,000

What you will do

• Lead client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions, working with sales engineers.
• Act as the key liaison between hirify.global's business units, technology teams, QA, and support teams.
• Collaborate with clients and development teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate data transfer.
• Help clients identify how hirify.global can solve business problems within its capabilities and offerings.
• Analyze client business processes, needs, and strategies to document and validate required functionality.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the definition and execution of Enterprise software projects.
• Experience establishing a technical vision for complex, Enterprise projects.
• Experience with web technologies, languages, and frameworks (SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, SQL).
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Experience using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components.
