Salary: $108,200 - $167,700

What you will do

• Devise and implement risk-based security controls to monitor and protect company assets in alignment with business objectives.
• Integrate approved IAM security patterns into development operations and existing continuous delivery/improvement processes.
• Manage and expand IAM and Data Protection platforms and capabilities for internal and external customers.
• Build automated capabilities to meet business demands and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and consult on the technical architecture for enterprise security controls.
• Lead and support periodic internal and external security assessments and third-party due-diligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) security best practices and implementation.
• Ability to develop and manage technical architecture for enterprise security controls.
• Experience partnering with business and tech operations to maintain security stacks (identity solutions, cloud capabilities, audit tools).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis, MN office due to the hybrid work model.
