What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new or enhanced IAM capabilities.
• Evaluate current-state IAM processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future-state solutions that are efficient and secure.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user stories for agile development teams.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and security professionals to ensure alignment on IAM strategies and project goals.
• Support the full project lifecycle, from initial design and development to user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of desired work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
