What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data governance, validation, and consolidation for CSRD and ESRS metrics.
• Apply controlling principles to ESG KPIs to ensure consistency, comparability, and plausibility.
• Collaborate with Financial Controlling and Internal Controls to align ESG data with group reporting standards.
• Perform quality reviews, variance analysis, and cross-site comparisons for sustainability data.
• Design, implement, and improve ESG-related internal control systems (ICS) and reporting automation.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors regarding ESG controlling topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Reporting, Audit, or ESG-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of EU CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and MS Office (SAP S/4HANA is an advantage).
• Fluent in English for working in a global environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured, proactive working style.
