What you will do

• Lead small-to-medium sized engineering projects and technical work packages.
• Develop technical content for bid and proposal activities, including Proposal Technical Volume, WBS structure, and cost estimation.
• Oversee project performance, cost, scope, and schedule for all engineering efforts.
• Plan, authorize, and monitor engineering work, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Write technical reports and present outcomes at peer and design reviews.
• Provide technical advice and leadership to engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience, including at least 1 year of technical leadership.
• Experience leading teams of 5-10 members.
• Must meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, and Cost Account Management (CAM).

Nice to have

• DoD Secret or higher security clearance.
• Development or production experience with DoD software defined radios.
• 9+ years of experience in a relevant complex engineering environment.
