What you will do
- Schedule and facilitate 1:1 and one-to-many training sessions on back office configuration and POS workflows.
- Educate customers on POS settings and tools via webinars, telephone, and email support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and implementation timelines in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain active relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing B2B activities.
- Professional experience within the Hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in German and fluency in English.
- Proven experience in training, onboarding, or facilitating orientation sessions.
- Ability to quickly master and teach technical software concepts.
Nice to have
- Previous technical role experience (software, IT, or tech support).
- Hands-on experience with POS configuration and back office management.
- Knowledge of Apple tools, web technologies, and networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SaaS products.
