What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events, including budget and cost control.
• Manage individual project phases from concept development through to final reporting.
• Independently execute small to medium-sized events.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers.
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop innovative event concepts for customer experiences.
• Manage risks and resources to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or similar.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in large-scale event planning, preferably in an agency.
• Strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure.
• Strong communication and structured, forward-thinking approach.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
